1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website, placing purchase orders, or maintaining a commercial business account with Material Supply Saudi and Zoro Industrial, you agree to be bound by these Commercial Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2. Product Catalog, Pricing & Quotations
All pricing displayed on our website is in commercial currency. While we strive for 100% accuracy across our 12 million+ product listings, pricing or typographical errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders resulting from inadvertent pricing mistakes prior to shipment.
3. Purchase Orders & Net 30 Terms
Commercial accounts approved for Net 30 credit terms agree to pay invoices within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Past-due invoices may incur standard commercial finance charges. Accounts must maintain good credit standing to preserve Net 30 purchasing privileges.
4. Tax-Exempt Purchasing
Tax-exempt organizations must submit a valid state or federal tax exemption certificate prior to tax-free order processing. Sales tax will be assessed on orders placed prior to certificate verification.
5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
All industrial equipment, power tools, and MRO supplies are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties. Material Supply & Zoro disclaim any implied warranties beyond manufacturer guarantees. Liability for any order is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
